Daniel Auffenberg is an associate with DuWest Realty. Daniel primarily focuses on project leasing and tenant representation for restaurants. He is very passionate about the restaurant industry and strives to find his clients unique opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. Daniel’s previous experience in the restaurant industry gives him keen insights into what restaurateurs are looking for, and what customers expect.
Before Joining DuWest, Daniel attended culinary school at the International Culinary Center in New York. After culinary school, he worked as a cook and butcher at the James Beard Award winning restaurant, Gramercy Tavern. Eventually, he returned to Dallas to become a manager with Pappas Restaurant Inc. Daniel has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys cooking, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
