Doyle McAlpin

After interning for DuWest Realty during his senior year at SMU, Doyle joined the company as a full-time associate in 2020. Doyle works closely with every DuWest team member, primarily focusing on project leasing. Doyle works on a variety of retail projects ranging from single tenant buildings, to neighborhood strips, to pre-leasing ground up developments. Doyle is dedicated to building genuine relationships and generating results for his clients and company.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Doyle graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from SMU’s Cox School of Business. During his time at SMU, Doyle was an active member of the Real Estate Club and continues to stay involved with SMU’s Folsom Institute For Real Estate. Doyle is an active member of ICSC and participates on the Planning Committee for ICSC Next Generation. Doyle is originally from South Florida and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, friends and dog Millie.
