Jacob Frenza

Jacob joined the DuWest team in 2023 as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining, he worked for a medical real estate firm specializing in medical tenant representation focusing on practice start-ups, expansions and transitions. With multiple years of experience in the retail and medical industries, Jacob has a deep understanding of the local market. At DuWest, Jacob heads the Medical Division of the Houston office and also assists in Project Leasing and Tenant Representation.

He is a graduate of the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his fiancé Ireland and dog Murphy.
