Josie Trent

Josie Trent joined DuWest in 2024 as an associate on the Investment Sales team. She has a primary focus on completing the underwriting and due diligence processes to support our client’s goals in the acquisition and disposition of retail assets.

Prior to joining DuWest, Josie interned with Texas Capital Bank on their Commercial Real Estate Lending team and with Riverside Resources in Austin as a development analyst. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business. Outside of the office, Josie enjoys going on walks with her dogs, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
