Ryan Fuqua

Ryan Fuqua is a well-versed real estate professional with an extensive background in Finance. He joined DuWest in October 2021, where he specializes in Tenant Representation. He began his commercial real estate career after a stint in Oil & Gas as well as residential real estate.

Ryan cut his retail teeth at The Weitzman Group. While at Weitzman, he was responsible for 3^rd party project leasing as well as tenant representation. He prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with his clients, a skill he honed through his experience working with both national and local landlords as well as corporate and franchise tenants.

Ryan has handled, and continues to handle in most cases, tenant representation for Supercuts, Roosters, 3 Dog Bakery, Workout Anytime, Fat Burger, Anytime Fitness, Waxing The City, The Bar Method, Orange Theory Fitness, Dunkin’ and BWW GO among others.

Ryan has also handled the initial expansions into DFW for concepts such as Wild Fork Foods, Pet Evolution, Egg N Bird and Boundaries Coffee.

When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family whether at the lake wake surfing or on a mountain snowboarding.

Ryan graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance.
